A fundamental trait of us Barcelonians, and actually of all Catalans, is that we treat everyday things with a certain uniqueness. Thus, once a year we give proof of love to our significant others by gifting them books and flowers. In demonstrations, we act firmly, in a civic and peaceful manner. We like to rub tomatoes on bread. We like to roast (and eat) peppers and green onions. We love modernity and avant-garde, be they artistic or social. That is how we like to be, unique. The maple in our collection is just that, unique, bringing differences.
